Terms and Conditions
Welcome to the Dr. JO Platform. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully, as they govern your use of our services and products. By registering an account or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions
Platform (Dr. JO): an online service that provides retail sales and delivery of goods ordered through the Doctor Go platform.
Supplier: a legal entity that purchases goods and services from the Platform for resale under specific agreements. In case of conflict, the terms of the Supplier’s agreement prevail over these Terms.
Order: a request submitted by the User for a product or service through the Platform.
Account / Personal Account – a secure section of the Platform that allows Users to manage services and orders. Access requires login credentials (email/phone and password).
Platform Log: a system record of activities and events on the Platform (errors, warnings, user actions, notifications, etc.).
User: an individual authorized to access and use the Platform via a registered Account.
User Content: any information, text, images, audio, video, software, or other materials uploaded or used by the User through the Platform.
Rights Holder: the entity that owns the exclusive rights to the Platform.
Service: any service or product (including third-party services, licenses, or goods) made available on the Platform.
Accounting System: an automated system for recording transactions, services, products, and invoices.
Territory: the geographic region in which the Platform and its services are permitted to operate.

2. Registration and Access
To use the Platform, Users must create an Account with accurate and up-to-date registration details.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login details and all activity under their Account.
Internet access is required but not provided by the Platform.
By placing an Order, the User confirms that they have reviewed and are satisfied with the product or service description and characteristics.

3. Services
The Platform provides services and goods including:
• Retail products (beauty, perfume, personal care, etc.)
• Non-exclusive licenses
• Third-party services
Services are offered “as is,” without additional guarantees beyond those expressly stated in these Terms.
The Platform may update, add, or discontinue services at any time.

4. Data Security
The Platform takes reasonable measures to protect User data and prevent unauthorized access.
Users are responsible for all actions performed through their Account.
Any unauthorized use of an Account must be reported immediately.
User Content will not be shared with third parties unless required by law or necessary to provide services.

5. Payments
All transactions are processed through the Platform’s accounting system.
Orders and services recorded in the system serve as the basis for invoices and payment.
Data from the accounting system is the sole valid record in case of disputes.

6. Restrictions
The Platform may suspend or terminate User access if:
• The User’s actions pose a security risk or harm the Platform/others.
• Services are used fraudulently or in violation of these Terms.
• Payments are not completed.

7. Terms and Termination
These Terms take effect when the User first accesses the Platform and remain valid until terminated.
The Platform may amend the Terms at any time. Users are responsible for reviewing updates.
Either party may terminate the Agreement by written notice.
Termination does not relieve obligations incurred before the termination date.

8. Liability
The Platform is not liable for losses resulting from improper use of services, unmet expectations, or technical issues beyond its control.
The Platform is not responsible for lost profits, data loss, or the suitability of products/services for specific needs.
Ownership of products transfers to the User upon purchase. No returns are accepted once delivery has started, except in cases of damaged or expired goods (subject to verification).
Compensation for such issues is at the sole discretion of the Platform.

9. Confidentiality and Data Protection
All non-public information shared under these Terms is considered confidential and must not be disclosed to third parties.
Confidentiality obligations remain for 5 years after termination of the Agreement.
Users consent to the processing and transfer of their personal data as required to fulfill services.

10. Fraud and Security
Users are responsible for keeping login and payment details secure.
The Platform is not liable for unauthorized transactions resulting from stolen or misused credentials.
Users must notify the Platform immediately of any suspicious activity.

11. Final Provisions
These Terms, together with related policies, form the entire agreement between the User and the Platform.
Users may not transfer their rights or obligations under this Agreement without prior written consent from the Platform.
All notices and documents shared via verified email are considered legally binding.
